OJO ROJO Bloody Michelada
INGREDIENTS
1 – Negra Model beer
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. lemon juice
2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
3 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep : Rim glass with lime juice & chile/salt mix or ( Tajin )
- In a shaker add ice & combine, vodka, lemon juice, bitters & Ojo Rojo mix
- Shake & strain vodka mix in salted rimmed glass
- Add ice & Fill up with Negra Modelo
- Garnish : bacon wrapped shrimp
OJO ROJO Cucumber Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. cucumber vodka
1/2 oz. lime juice
4 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer Mix
2- 3 Dashes of angostura bitters
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep : Rim chilled glass with lime juice, Salt & chile powder mix or ( Tajin )
- In a shaker add ice, vodka, lime juice, Ojo Rojo mix & bitters
- Shake & strain into salted rim glass over new ice
- Garnish : Lime wheel, lemon wheel, cucumber, pickled Okra, spicy pickled greenbeans & TomOlives
OJO ROJO Snapper – Tini
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Gin
2 slices of muddled cucumber
2 basil leaves muddled
1/4 oz. lime juice
2 dashes of bitters
2 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep : Rim glass with lime juice & chile/salt mix or ( Tajin )
- In a shaker add ice & combine, vodka, lemon juice, bitters & Ojo Rojo mix

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup of ceviche ( shrimp , cucumber , cilantro , tomatos & avocado )

1 oz lime juice
1 1/2 cup of ceviche ( shrimp , cucumber , cilantro , tomatos & avocado )
4 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep : Rim glass with lim juice , salt & chile
- Place one in half cup of Ceviche in glass
- add lime juice & 4 oz. of chilled Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
- slowly add one ice cold Negra Model beer
- Garnish : Chile /lime grilled shrimp & lemon wheel

INGREDIENTS
*Fresh cucumber lemon-limeade
4 whole limes freshly squeezed
3 whole lemons freshly squeezed
12 – slices of fresh cucumber

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add water & sugar to lightly sweeten
- Allow to infuse for 12 hours
- 6 oz. cucumber limeade in glass
- 2 1/2 oz. Ojo Rojo bloody beer mix
